Payment may be made at one of two Pay & Display machines (located in our slip road at the front of the building and in our car park below the building) either by cash or credit card. It is not possible to pay by 'phone.
A bus stop is located directly outside the main entrance of the Cliffs Pavilion. The bus timetable can be found here.
Southend is served by two mainline rail services, the Cliffs Pavilion is a 10 minute walk away from the C2C (Westcliff Station) and 20 minute walk away the Greater Anglia (Southend Victoria Station).

We're excited to welcome you to the Cliffs Pavilion soon! As we undergo a major refurbishment to enhance your experience, there are a few temporary changes we want you to be aware of, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Access to the building • Main Entrance: The original entrance on Station Road is now closed, with a new step-free entrance positioned to its left • New Additional Entrance: Located on San Remo Parade, with 21 steps • Lower Ground Floor Entrance remains the same Box Office The Box Office is now located on the Lower Ground Floor Sales points & Amenities • Additional bars on the mezzanine and through Door 6 in the balcony • Merchandise stand at the far end of the foyer bar
Auditorium • Early Opening: The auditorium will open earlier whenever possible to allow you to get settled in
Pre-Show Dining • New Restaurant Location: Our restaurant is now located in one of our function rooms on the Lower Ground Floor
Accessibility Features • Loop System: Now available from the Box Office on the Lower Ground Floor • Flat Access: Fully accessible on the Lower Ground Floor via the lift, and the new entrance located past the original main entrance We can't wait to see you! The Cliffs Pavilion Team
